These words have been authentic at Pure South for more than 11 years. Pure South Dining has held focus on trace-ability to ethical farmers, fishermen and artisan producers, in Tasmania, King Island and Flinders Island. Our menu is full of the names of farmers and fishermen from whom we source world-class produce. From the cleanest seas, the lushest fields and most pristine air measured on the planet.
David Hall and the world class team of chefs change their menu almost daily to reflect the changing seasons and the produce that is delivered directly to us from the ocean and the farms of our producers.
Our ethos is reinforced with regular visits to the apple isle to meet with the farmers and producers, and by taking the time to discover their stories and sharing a common philosophy, that we can use ethical and sustainable methods to provide our guests with a world class dining experience.ps@puresouth.com.au
